The development at the racecourse involved the upgrade of the existing facilities to include a new enlarged grandstand with a curving cantilevered roof, an upgrade of existing jockey and spectator facilities, as well as the creation of a new welcome facility building. The new buildings focus on creating an enhanced experience on race days, as well as forming a new face to the entrance that is visibly striking.
