The practice has evolved an expertise in conservation works with multiple staff accredited by the RIAI. We take a positive approach to the protection and conservation of our heritage within a current active and living environment.
In Rhatigan Architects we have full BIM capability to provide services from concept design to client handover. BIM provides our clients, and their facility management teams, with a lifetime building database to better manage their asset.
Our project teams are supported by our BIM manager who ensures consistent working, streamlining of systems and coordination with other consultants.
Rhatigan Architects provide a range of diverse landscape design services at a variety of scales from concept through to detailed design. We aim to activate our landscape designs making health and well-being a central theme by providing play and social spaces for different age profiles.
Our Interior Design Team combine imaginative design ideas with colour, art and a practical use of space. Our approach is to integrate our interior design to realise the full potential of the building. We have considerable expertise in sustainable master planning and urban design at all scales and across a range of sectors including housing neighbourhoods, education campuses and healthcare estates.

We are qualified to acted as Project Supervisor Design Stage and have large experience in this role. We can offer advice guidance on all aspects of health & safety legislation.

We are registered Energy Efficient Designers, a role that is key in the delivery of Public Sector building projects - ensuring that energy and sustainability are at the core of design decisions at all stages of the project.
We provide Assigned Certifier services in accordance with the Building Control Amendment Regulations.
We have developed specific management mechanisms through our past experiences to ensure the correct level of engagement and collaboration is achieved to ensure the delivery of fully compliant buildings and proper certification of every project.
