The business and Innovation Centre (BIC) was carried out as a new build extension to the existing campus in 2006 and is constructed over three floors. The refurbishment of the Aula Maxima at ATU Sligo to form the new college student centre was undertaken in 2009. This two storey building is partially clad externally in stone.
