This project involves the provision of a new Student Residence building at Ballyhaise Agricultural College. The proposal respectfully responds to the heritage-sensitive site and acknowledges the historical importance of Ballyhaise House by proposing an appropriately high-quality addition to the campus. The three-storey block and adjoining plaza create a welcoming new face for the school, acting as a gateway to the wider campus beyond, providing opportunity for visitors to orientate themselves by absorbing the atmosphere of this social gathering space, meeting point, and possible exhibition space.
