The scheme is laid out in a series of short terraces with entrance gables addressing the adjacent houses in a design sensitive manner. The A Rated low energy houses have high levels of thermal insulation, airtightness and renewable technologies. The materials selected for use in the scheme were carefully analysed to ensure there would be an enduring level of quality with robust details that would last the test of time. The public spaces between houses were designed to create low maintenance inviting spaces that would integrate the development with the existing established development adjacent to the project.
